Terms and Conditions
The course fees include 1 copy of the digital material. A hard copy for the programme is available from our online shop at an additional cost.
Public groups consist of 30 hours for a CEFR level. This is based on an enrolment of 5+ students per group.
The course size for the 30 hour group is 5 to 7 students. If prior to the group starting it has under the required student number (3-4) enrolled, the group will be turned into a semi private group at 20 hours with no additional cost.
If there is only 2 students enrolled, the semi private group will go ahead with 10 sessions but will be reduced to 90 minute per class.
Once enrolled in a group, a student can request to be moved to another group and schedule, as long as this request is at least 7 days prior to the start date of the group they have enrolled in.
All of our teachers are native to the target language. During the course, on occasion, if a teacher is unwell or unable to attend the lesson due to an emergency, a replacement teacher will be provided. He or she will be fully briefed on the progress of the group.
Once a student starts a group, he/she cannot request to be moved to another group with a different schedule.
The course fee will not be refunded once a group has started.
A recording of the group classes is available for later viewing; however, we do require permission from every student prior to the course starting if this is to be actioned.
Every programme ends with a final exam that is made up of two parts: written and verbal. In order to move to the next CEFR level, a student needs to reach a test score of at least 70%.
Every student is updated with a progress report, recommendation and a certification at the end of each level upon completing his/her final exam.
